To place an order, select the desired jewelry item, add it to your cart, and follow the steps displayed on the checkout page. To complete your order, please provide the required shipping and billing information and select a payment method.
Yes. After placing your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email sent to the email address you provided. This message contains the details of your order.
If you do not see the email, please check your spam or promotions folder as well.
Your order can be modified or cancelled only until processing begins.
Since our jewelry is made to order, once production has begun, the order will incur costs and cannot be modified or cancelled.
Your order is considered final once the payment has been successfully completed and you have received an order confirmation email. Order processing begins only after payment has been received.
Yes, you can place an order as a guest without creating an account.
The shipping address can be changed only before the shipment is arranged, upon request via email and subject to manual approval.

An order may be cancelled in the following cases:
- unsuccessful payment,
- if the shipping address is outside the European Union (we currently ship within the EU only),
- in accordance with legal obligations in the event of a suspicious transaction (anti-money laundering regulations related to precious metals).

Yes. All payments are processed through a secure, encrypted payment system that complies with international security standards.

All prices displayed on our website are gross prices and include VAT, uniformly within the European Union.
Shipping costs are currently covered by us as a promotional offer.
Please note:
- We currently ship only within the EU.
- Customs duties, import taxes, and additional fees for non-EU countries are not applicable, as we do not offer international shipping outside the EU at this time.
2, Shipping
All our jewelry is handmade in small batches. Orders are processed after successful payment.
The usual processing time is 10–15 business days, depending on current workload and any custom requirements.
After processing, estimated delivery times are:
- Within Hungary: 1–3 business days
- Within the European Union: 3–10 business days
You will receive an email notification with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
At the moment, we only ship within the European Union. Orders outside the EU are not supported at this time.
For orders shipped within the European Union, no customs duties or import taxes apply.
We currently do not offer shipping outside the EU.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the shipping details and – if available – tracking information. After dispatch, the delivery status can be followed via the courier’s tracking system.
Delivery times are provided for guidance only. Delays may occur due to:
- high workload of the courier service,
- peak or holiday periods,
- weather or logistical issues,
- incomplete or inaccurate shipping information.
If your order has not arrived well beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us via email and we will assist you in investigating the issue.
3, Returns & Refunds
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
This includes:
- the mandatory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU law, and
- an additional 16-day voluntary return period, which is not equivalent to the statutory right of withdrawal.
Returned items must:
- be in their original condition,
- be unworn and unused,
- be returned in their original packaging,
- include proof of purchase.

Returns are only accepted after prior confirmation.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases where the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
If the package or product is damaged:
- inspect it in the presence of the courier,
- do not accept the package if damage is visible,
- take photos of the damage,
- request a damage report from the courier,
- and email the documentation to us.
This allows us to promptly investigate and provide an appropriate solution.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval.
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
4, Size & Fit
Bracelets in the RELIA collection have a base length of 17 cm, complemented by a 4 cm extension chain.
The extension chain allows the bracelet to be comfortably adjusted to your wrist size.
Necklace sizes in the RELIA collection are as follows:
- Necklaces without a pendant (ETERNA series):
39 cm + 8 cm extension chain - Necklaces with a pendant (ENCARA series):
40 cm + 8 cm extension chain - ENCARA rock crystal pendant on an anchor chain:

The extension chain allows for flexible length adjustment and different styling options, including wearing the necklace as a choker.

5, Materials & Quality
Our jewelry is crafted using natural gemstones, including amethyst, tourmaline, citrine, carnelian, garnet, ruby, rock crystal, moonstone, peridot, lapis lazuli, malachite, emerald, and turquoise.
All gemstones are carefully selected based on quality and aesthetic characteristics.
Our jewelry is available in the following precious metal finishes:
- 14K gold
- sterling silver (925)
- gold-plated silver
All metals meet applicable quality and safety standards for jewelry making.
Yes. All gemstones used in our jewelry are of natural origin.

6, Jewelry Care & Use
Put on your jewelry after applying makeup, perfume, or hair products.
We recommend removing jewelry during sports, household activities, bathing, or sleeping, as these activities may cause mechanical stress or damage.
Store your jewelry in a cool, dry place, preferably:
- in a separate jewelry box or pouch,
- with each piece stored individually to prevent scratching or tangling.
Precious metals and gemstones may be sensitive to humidity and direct sunlight.
For cleaning, we recommend:
- a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth,
- if necessary, lukewarm water with a very mild, chemical-free soap.
Always dry the jewelry thoroughly after cleaning.
We do not recommend ultrasonic cleaners or harsh chemicals, as they may damage gemstones or surface finishes.
Avoid contact with:
- perfumes, cosmetics, and hairspray,
- household cleaners and chemicals,
- seawater, thermal water, and chlorinated water.
These substances may cause discoloration, surface damage, or wear on gold-plated finishes.
Yes. Gemstones are natural materials and may be sensitive to impact, sudden temperature changes, and chemicals.
