Orders are processed and prepared once full payment is received. Because our jewelry is handmade in small batches to ensure meticulous craftsmanship, processing usually takes **10–15 business days**.

### 2. Shipping Destinations & Delivery Times
We deliver our packages safely via reliable registered courier services.
**Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):**
* **Within Hungary:** 1–3 business days
* **International Shipping (EU & Selected Non-EU countries):** 3–10 business days (varies by destination country)
We currently ship to all countries within the **European Union**, as well as to **Switzerland, Norway, and Iceland**. Once your order is dispatched, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.

Shipping costs are calculated dynamically and clearly displayed at the checkout before you finalize your purchase. Rates depend on the destination country, the total weight/value of the package, and any active promotional offers.

### 4. Packaging & Shipping Damages
To reflect our commitment to conscious luxury, all jewelry is shipped in secure, premium branding packaging that is fully suitable for gifting.
Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If the external packaging is visibly damaged, **we strongly recommend recording a formal report (damage report) with the courier on the spot** or refusing the package. Without this official courier report, filing insurance claims with the transport company is highly difficult. Please notify us immediately at hello@melindawolfdesign.com if any issues arise.

### 5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Non-EU Orders)
For orders shipped to destinations outside the European Union (including Switzerland, Norway, and Iceland), the Service Provider applies a net export price (Hungarian VAT is excluded at checkout).
However, please be aware that your package may be subject to local import VAT, customs duties, and postal clearance fees levied by your destination country upon arrival. **All such local taxes, duties, and administration fees are the sole responsibility of the customer (buyer).** MELINDAWOLF has no control over these regional charges and cannot predict their exact amount.
