At MELINDAWOLF, every piece of jewelry is handcrafted using carefully selected materials. Quality, security, and transparency are our priorities during the shipping process.

Processing Time Orders are processed after payment is received. As our jewelry is handmade in small batches, processing usually takes: 10-15 business days. This period may vary depending on the nature of the order, current workload, or specific custom requirements. Thank you for your patience and for supporting artisanal craftsmanship!

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time We deliver via reliable courier services. Estimated delivery time (after dispatch):

• Within Hungary: 1–3 business days

• International Shipping: 3–10 business days (varies by country) Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including a tracking number.

Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at the checkout. Rates depend on the destination, the selected shipping method and the current promotions.

We currently only ship to the European Union.

Packaging & Damages All jewelry is shipped in secure, premium packaging suitable for gifting. Please inspect the package upon delivery. If the packaging is visibly damaged, we recommend recording a formal report (damage report) with the courier on the spot to facilitate the claims process.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Non-EU Orders) For orders shipped outside the European Union, local customs duties and taxes may apply. Any customs clearance fees or import taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.
